I suspect this is a bad list because I don't see anything like it around. The idea is to have everyone but Omega Leader in a block with the academy pilots in the lead. There is some reasonable punch from that block as one of the academy pilots gets PS8 for shooting and everyone benefits from Howlrunner until the block breaks apart. Omega Leader does Omega Leader things relying on his ability to keep alive as a flanker for as long as possible.

As usual I'm restricted by what I own but wondered what the 'hive mind' thinks of the idea.
