I won a store champ with a similar list except the Bantha was swapped with Royal Guards + Rule by Fear. It was a great list. Swapping in the Bantha instead would up the offensive capabilities while your slow game would be a little worse. However, you can't get Beast Tamer which is pretty important for the Bantha.

I feel like Beast Tamer is the key to the Bantha's strength, allowing it to move 10+ spaces (less than it looks for a massive figure) and still have an action for trample.

I would swap out the HKs for snow troopers and rule by fear, healing and digging for Reinforcements is a key strategy to the trooper lists, and HKs aren't doing much that the Elite troopers aren't already doing, since they have similar range and durability.
