Objective help

I'll start by saying that I am confident in my playing ability against fleets that crumble before a bomber fleet (ISDs beware). What I need help with is determining the best selection of objectives to deal with fleets that my list doesn't fare well against (heavy AS or many small ships). Below is the general gist of my list with some thoughts on objectives.

Yavaaris w/Adar talon

Jainas light w/General Dodonna

Tantive IV with Raymus

Dodonna's pride

Squadrons: Jan, Luke, 1 x-wing, 3 Scurggs, 2 YT2400

Current objectives: Precision Strike, Hyperapace Assault, Superior Positions

Currently, fleets not primed for superior positions or precision strike will always choose my defense objective, but that is not good for scoring points in a tournament setting. I want options that will always give me an easy way to score points, or that will essentially guarantee they're gonna hurt. I'll leave it at that

Yep, only Contested Outpost and Fire Lanes give you that scoring buffering...

Contested Outpost is the best for that... Keeping Yavaris and the Scurrgs near-or-on it, in order to smack an ISD down as it approaches...

... But really, its not the best. You don't really have the Command Numbers to hold onto it for even a turn if that fails immediately...

But it can still work, so long as the Station is as far as possible from where the Enemy starts.

I agree with Drasnighta, based on your list those are your best options. Firing Lanes and Contested outpost you could get those points for about two rounds. Fleet ambush if the other person has demolisher is suicide. Hyperspace assault is just the safe bet and I would play for a 6-4 win or even a 5-5 draw.

This is all based on my short time of experience of the game being barely over a year.
