While it counters U-boats, I have not given much thought to other lists...

Omicron Pilot - Reinforced Deflectors, Fleet officer, rebel captive, Tactical Jammer

Punisher - FCS, EM, GC, Cluster and Plasma

The shuttle is the tank vs other boats.. takes less damage from each, hands out stress for being shot at, and acts as cover for punishers, its goal si to move to range 2 and finish off the first boat after being unloaded on by Punishers.. it also hands out a focus to each Punisher, so when in range they get their own TL, get shuttle focus, and combines with GC have all the goodness of a UBoat, but at one PS higher. (granted, it may be worth bumping it to Yorr for the Ps4, drop captive, to get the kill in before return fire.. that would then allow Punishers to K turn w/o stress concerns maybe one time)

it is 28 hull to burn through

I also though Kagi would be interesting to force the uboats to target lock him, but that would mean dropping cluster missiles
