Some questions: corruption, responses...

By Guest, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

Some questions...

1) Festering Nurglings: do i have to choose them as the target of their own ability if they're the ONLY targettable Unit in the zone?

2) Can I respond to a FORCED? Or can I just respond to its effect? (I.E.: if Festering Nurglings corrupts one of my own Unit, can I play something in response or do I have to wait for the whole resolution and THEN respond to a Unit being corrupted?)

More to come...Thanks.

both YES

2. Forced is telling you only that you must do it (or try to do it at least) and nothing else. So you can respond to the forced effect like always.

You cannot respond to effects, only actions. Forced effects are not actions to begin with, and cannot be cancelled or interrupted. So the only thing you can do after a Forced effect triggers is wait for the next action window which will allow you to use the action you want to.
