First if i attack say oppents quest zone, and in one of the action phases can i use an action off a unit at another loction say my kingdom ?

Second the card Force march can the be used to move my opponets units to another location

hi,

you can play actions from all units in all zones and as often as you can pay for the action (excepf for actions that can only be played once per turn) at all action windows. So: Yes ;-)

With "Forced March" you can move your opponents units, too.

Yes to both questions, but Forced March can only be used during your turn.
