Was curious since X-Wing has one. I'd like to read about people's games without needing to search the main page.
Anybody else think it would be cool to immortalise battles in a Sub-Forum?

I would like one. I can post my videos to that.

Video batreps are more fun than reading walls of text
Technically that's what the "orgainised play" section is, but, no one uses it correctly

If that's true, why does X-Wing have a separate Organized Play and Battle Report subforum
I would love to see a forum like this.
I think a battle report/AAR sub forum would be great.
id love to have a dedicated subforum
I think it would be cool, too. Would encourage more people to post them!

Because x-wing likes subforums and the organised play is diffrent there. Just read the description under the title:
" X-Wing Organized Play:
Locate X-Wing players and events near you"
Vs armada:
" Star Wars: Armada Organized Play
Share your tournament strategies and experiences here"
The armada "organised play" forum was intended to be "tournament startegies and experience"

This.... seems silly. They should be standardized, particularly with the large crossover crowd between the two games. Also, looking at the name "Organized Play," that is not at all what I would have expected that sub to be for. Which is why that link stays black for me so often...
Well, the X-Wing Sub-Forums were made first.
Then they improved on them when they made the Armada Sub-Forums.
Then they realised they were perfected, so they kept the format for the IA Sub-Forums.
Easy! ![]()
Seems like alot post everything on the general forum page ; why nott just start a thread with battle reports...
I loathe long videos, microphone breathing and looking at slimy dudes. =P
But man, it is so hard to interpret a wall of text. pictures help.
Fast videos? =) sped up to 10 - 30mins long?

Sure, but a battle report sub-forum wouldn't be tournament specific. It would be for any type of battle report. I think a battle report sub-forum would be cool.

My video plans are to download a comic book creator app. So it'll be a slideshow with music, descriptive text and speech bubbles.
My voice + tablet microphone = not fun listening.
