Probably a dumb question, but is the effect on something like Fury of the Wolf triggered or passive? If I don't wish to have the effect, i.e. kill an opponent's character, take place can I choose for it not to happen by not triggering it?
Suspect it's passive (it doesn't have Any Phase or Response) and always happens, but just want to be sure.
