Can you use Internal Dampeners after you have been ioned? Do you technically reveal your dial when ioned as a white 1 forward, and thus should be able to change it to a white 1 stop and receive the stress?

When you are affected by ion tokens (that is, when you have 1 or more tokens on a small base, or 2 or more tokens on a Large base) you don't set a dial and you don't reveal a dial. Nothing that's triggered by revealing your dial happens, which means no Inertial Dampeners.

As Vorpal said. If you are ionized you skip your Reveal Maneuver dial step which means anything that would/could trigger in that window gets shut out.

If Ionized you could not use Advanced Sensor because there is no reveal dial step to trigger before.
