Wave 3 is coming third quarter, according to the article, which is what the initial Wave 3 reveal article also stated.
No indication of when Wave 4 hits , but I'm on top of it as soon as it does!
The last line of the article says: " Arm your fleet to win the galaxy's greatest battles. Armada Wave IV is scheduled to arrive at retailers late in the third quarter of 2016!"
these are the first upgrades that say speed 0 as well.
worth noting.
I think everyone missed that on the interdictor that we can see, it has 5 engineering.

Double contain token on the Interdictor. I would expect a new upgrade that spends defence/contain token to do soemthing. Also Needa might find that his new home is on the Interdictor now.
Gravity wells seems to be a good counter to Hyperspace assault among other things.
