I managed to get Runewars for $30 which while I never expect to actually play it, at that price it was worth it for the plastic... Anyway the Ardus out of it is pretty cool but I was disappointed for my playthrough of MoB/CtR not to be able to get a hold of Zarihell.
If you don't mind ordering from Canada, both are present at meeplemart.com - one is even on sale.

I would never recommend Mists of Bilehall until you were looking at a fourth or fifth expansion, but it's not totally devoid of good content.
Its items are unlike any others in the act 1 search deck. Just a few minutes ago I was playing with the Soulstone, and it was really intriguing.
The Soulstone rune requires some management, starting out arguably worse than starting equipment. (Blue/red, surge ability does nothing until you start defeating monsters)
It keeps a kill counter- killing monsters gives it a surge for pierce. Heal and it reduces the kill counter.
Kill three or four monsters and it punches through defense like no other rune in the game. If you need to heal, though, and you've only killed 2 monsters, your rune is currently weak and you're making it weaker.
That's by far the coolest MoB item I think, but the Mistbane (blue/red, surge +2) is a very nice sword with a risky but powerful ability ( if you kill a monster you can suffer a damage to recover a fatigue).
There's more, but none of the items are bland or forgettable, I think. This expansion was a gift to me, but I wouldn't have regretted buying it.

Seriously, the jump in difficulty is significant and it's lack of classes and heroes isn't great until you already have plenty of diversity. That said Mists has my favorite small box monsters of the game.

Yeah the items in this expansion are awesome, which made Chains that Rust so disappointing.
