So basically, the Falcon rotats around its axis? ^^ Anyway, doesn't matter.
Exactly. Or there are sensors in the other hull section. Either works. Both is better.

The radar dish is on the opposite side from the cockpit so you can see both sides of the cargo train.
have you ever seen one of these?? you don't want them to flex. and In space you can make them as big as you want.
Turning still sucks...
In Space, Inertia is jsut as much, if not more, of a problem
Your physics is good, but you're wrong!
It's less of a problem because the distances are far greater and you can see much further. Torsion is only a problem for those who don't plan ahead. ![]()

Tell me.
In the Original Trilogy.... How many times did you actually see Han Solo plan something?

That... Um... Well, never.
Good point!
Must be why we never actually see cargo on it. It's all snapped off due to hasty decisions.

Traveling through hyperspace isn't like dusting crops, boy! Without precise calculations we could fly right through a star or bounce too close to a supernova and that'd end your trip real quick, wouldn't it?
Considering at the time, they were under attack, and bouncing around in all directions... I don't call that a plan.
That was a Seat-of-the-Pants panic jump.
The Computer did all the work, and with no thanks, either.
