My friends and I love your games but we run across this problem of it won't allow for the usual 6-7 people that want to play. While we have thought about buying another copy and running two games at the same time, but if there was a way to get more players around the same keeper would be great.

Lots of really helpful suggestions here. I personally will plug my "Play with a imperial hero!" I have made imperial heroes that can grow with the rebels and help you out in the process. It's really fun.

Have you figured out that Imperial Assault is a co-op game between the rebels players?

Well, there have been tries in how to best incorporate a 5th rebel hero, but it needs either some on-the-fly tuning or more of a RPG attitude.

If you have a really good Imperial Player, he can scale up the game to allow for more rebels. Prob would take a few sessions to get it right, though.

Edge of the Empire, Age of Rebellion, Force and Destiny All the players you want! But seriously, that seems like an awful lot of players considering the map sizes are sort of on the smallish size. It would take a good bit of tailoring not just on the map but for the Imp player too.
