This was posted on the Xwing forum, I would take anything released in this with a grain of salt, however it has some nice illustrations and gives you a closer look at that tank that might find it's way into our humble game!

*SPOILER ALERT* Rogue One Visual Guide
Other than revealing some names, I don't think there's much pertinent info in those excerpts regarding the plot or potential Imperial Assault stuff, that we didn't already know from the trailer.
I can see X-Wing people really going gaga over this though. They just got two completely new fighters.
As a side note, I like finally knowing Director Krennic's name. Though I doubt the fact that he's neither Thrawn, nor an admiral will ever discourage anybody. There seems to be no shortage of people convinced that in the new Star Wars movies, everyone is someone else, which I admit I find slightly entertaining.
Edited by Don_SilvarroSo is this going to be Tatooine, or yet another more different desert planet from the other two?
Could be that tropical planet.
Yeah the 'spoilers' released in this book isn't more than anything you'd see on the toy packaging before the movie is out. Fun info though.
I enjoy the closer look at the Tank and the name to the Death Troopers. Also that Enforcer droid could be a cool figure!
I could see the tank as Anti-group with those 3 different weapon placements. Something along the lines of a blue, yellow yellow attack, special action to attack two different figures and some 1 blast surge. Something you don't want to get your group of troopers near.
Edited by CheapCreepLooks like a pretty ineffective tank. I guess speeder bikes probably won't happen because high movement would break skirmish. Either way I figure the next bigger vehicle/model will be Rebel as they ain't got none.
One thing I notice with the picture of the tank is that the Storm Troopers are using it as a shield. Would be neat to incorporate that into the game for adjacent unit bonuses.
All I can say is ... Imperial Assault - The Movie

2 New types of trooper, a tank, enforcer droids and a big bad guy.
Looking good so far.
X-wing gets 2 New ships, they'll probably be the only new ships just like how TFA only had 2 ships for x-wing.
Scum seems to be coming out on the bottom of the new canon at the moment with Rebels and Rogue one both heavily focusing on Imperials vs Rebels.
FFG could follow a similar path to X-wing and have cards for characters in multiple factions. Some of those characters could be Rebel/Mercenary.
Lando, especially Lando at Bespin, could have been scum. He doesn't joint the Alliance until the Battle of Endor. They could give us a Lobot that boosted the Wong Guard too. That would help the scum.
Before Bespin was announced, I was going around telling everyone that would listen that if/when they do Lando, he should come packed with both a Merc and a Rebel card in the pack. Preferably with the same stats, but different abilities.
I guess none of those guys was an FFG field agent in disguise...
SWCCG did both a light side version and dark side version. I cant see why they couldnt have made a scum version as well.

Yeah, it's the price of a card in a pack that is already so ridiculously premium priced there is really no excuse. They don't even need to pay for new art. People are already being turned away from IA when they look at the rows and rows of ally packs on the shelf, look at the price for each and then figure out they'll need to sell the house to get them all.

We just went from wishing Mercs had a bit more options to FFG forcing people out their homes.

This is actually why I chose IA to play. After 20 years of GW, I was like... "is that it?"
I'm sure they see the figure pack here in Canada for 13 dollars, then look at the Armada Corvette for 26 and make up their mind.
You could also go to Infinity and pay around the same price but still have to put it together with glue and such.
Or play Warhammer and really pay out your backend.

You must be joking... yeah... youre joking.
