I really don't understand how people can complain about Triple u-boats when Palp aces are around.

It appears to me that U-boat are influencing the meta by knocking rebel regen lists and others out the of the meta. This has paved the way for Palp aces dominance. So, while U-boats aren't at the top, they are certainly blocking the door for other squads.
