The regionals I TOed some people forgot stuff. I lent out what was needed. I almost forgot to get my damage deck and the player completely forgot as well. Caught him on his way out in his car. Mistakes happen, friend. I just hope you get it back.

I took an HWK dial I borrowed back home once, very embarrasing. Went out of my way to get it back to the guy as soon as possible, hope this guy does the same. Good luck!

My playtest recently found out that somewhere along the way we all exchanged parts of our damage decks.

It all started with one players saying "Hey, I've just found I've got an extra Damaged Sensor Array, anyone missing one?" and it started a chain reaction "I'm not missing a Damaged Sensor Array but I do have an extra [insert card here]".

The worst was me. It turned out I had a whole extra deck that didn't belong to me, on top of a 31 card Old Damage Deck and a 34 card New Damage Deck. Luckily it was all among the same group of people so we could straighten it out easily!

I'd hate to venture into this again but... If he was using the Kwing it wouldn't have been lent out. Therefore he was already 'gud.'

At adepticon on the 2nd to last round right before the top 8 cut the player next to me drew cards from my damage deck. He got done and realized it and said he returned them. Well he dropped and forgot to return a direct hit card so I no longer have a legal damage deck

C'mon guys, what happened to innocent until proven guilty? There could be a hundred reasons why it slipped his mind before leaving. Don't got chucking accusations of theft around straight off the bat.

This dude had to pack up, he came without a K Wing, packed up and went home with a K Wing. I am guessing he had 3 ships to pack up and if he doesn't realise that 1/3 his ships aren't his that doesn't bode well for the friendly atmosphere X Wing has and is known for. I am guessing he had to unpack too, once realised that he has an extra ship he should do all within his power to contact TO's to get the ship returned.

People will become less than likely to lend stuff out if this thing even happens only once

I'm guessing not and so for all we know one of his kids might have been rushed into hospital or his wife might have gone into labour for example. If anything like that happened then I'm guessing that returning a K-Wing he's borrowed, rightly or wrongly, probably isn't at the forefront of his mind.

He might have stolen it...I don't know, but the point is that being as it's fairly likely he's part of this community to one degree or another, it doesn't seem fair to start chucking accusations around without giving the guy a chance to respond in some way.

Even if there was an emergency I'd still leave it at the counter on my way out and tell them to return it for me, or throw it over to buddy as I'm packing up. Takes two seconds

If it was that important. I'd probably ask a friend or someone after explaining what's going on if they could pack my stuff up for me.
