Why there is no option to add Heirs of Blood to my collection. Anyone? thks

Because the reason for adding them to your collection is so the app can use the floor tiles and miniatures from those games. Heirs of Blood is just a quest book, with no tiles or figures, so there is no point adding it.

Also, people who've bought the newer edition would never buy that campaign book, since its included with their version. So that would also be sort of unfair

How about random questions from the book like the old TSR games. "On page 23 of your Heirs of Blood campaign book, what is the third word of paragraph 5. Failure to answer this correctly within 3 attempts will end this campaign and close the app."

Its pretty easy to find (some) campaign books that have been illegally posted online, so that wouldn't really help
