The ghost rules specifically say after you execute a manuvere that you can deploy the shuttle and the shuttle gets an action of it doesn't bump or overlap an obstacle. Does the ghost get an action that turn though?

Assuming it doesn't bump, isn't stressed, and didn't hit an asteroid.
