i have an problem with the clock the holes are to small and i cant put it together. what can i do???

I remember on mine the holes seemed way too small, you really have to shove it in there. Once together there's quite a lot of resistance to moving the hands.

I always do the same thing for my ffg games with these inserts - get a small, round wood file, and put the two pieces of cardboard together, so you are smoothing them down together. Then move it around in a circular motion, applying uniform pressure, checking if you have filed the cardboard down enough.
