Re-Re-Gen 8-8-8

Hi Folks! Hope your weekend starts well :).

I just came up with a new build, for standard 100 point games, and I'm calling it the "Re-Re-Gen 8-8-8" meaning to refer to Miranda & Poe's ability to regenerate shields (hence the "Re-Re-Gen" for two of them) & the three pilots skills (through Swarm Tactics) all at Level 8 (8-8-8).

Essentially, this is how I would use this list. Miranda's awesome ability of being able to "consume/use" shields to boost her attack ability - even with missiles - allows her to use the awesome Concussion missiles with an attack value of 5 dice! The extra munitions allows her to do this twice. Luke Skywalker, is for when she needs to regenerate shields (plus for "normal" attacks), attacks only at 1 attack die (most likely misses) which then triggers her full attack at 2 dice after recovering her shield - with the added bonus of Skywalker's ability to change one focus into a hit. Finally, when she gets into trouble she can SLAM out of range and reposition herself.

Poe's build is a fairly "standard" build with the exception of adding Swarm Tactics - to pass on his high Level Skill 8 onto the Prototype Pilot, giving it also Skill Level 8 - plus the evade ability of Autothrusters, and the A-wing would act as a permanent (as much as possible in the heat of battle of course! ;)) wingman to Poe.

I'm hoping with two high Level 8's both having regen abilities, abilities to flee and elude attack and both having strong attack with the added bonus of a Level 8 wingman for Poe, that this would be a fun but strong list to try out.

Looks good, I like to use Miranda too.

Some comment and critique:

1. Put Guidance chips on Miranda.

2. Put Homing missiles on her instead of concussion missiles, that way she is a serious threat to aces.

3. With just a 2 attack PWT you're better off removing Luke in favour of a TLT which will also increase Mirandas utility and survivability in the late game.

4. I'd probably take some other EPT on Poe, Swarm tactics will become worthless once the A-wing is dead. Throw out the weapons guidance and put Push the limit on Poe, it will synergize well with R2-D2 and now you also have a one-point initiative bid.

Hello, I like running a similar list however I go for effective bombs instead of missiles because i find that keeping those imp aces in range and arc can be difficult. I feel luke is a waste on a two die PWT as lynnark stated above.

All aces hate conner nets and this list has two, as well as two seismic detonators. The idea is using advanced slam to land the conner net and use the seismic the next turn to finish them off, guaranteed kill each time thanks to Sabine giving two damage each time.

Also i went with a Z as a wingman for Poe with a concussion missile and chips,

Wow! I like this. I think this would be a great variant to the other list that Lyynark made. Nasty with the Bombs, like the synergy with Sabine's "boom" power added. Very cool, thank you Sir :D!
