I have been trying out Dash with Sabine and I love it! And Miranda with sabine is great too! My problem is Rebel squad quality. How can I have these sorts of toys, featuring Sabine crew, and still have a competitive squad?

I want a squad that has 40/60 matchups vs jump masters at the least. Clearly Sabine connor nets are strong vs aces... So there is that as a boon.

Slamming Sabine is hella fun.

Miranda with extra munitions is a natural place for completely redonkulous missiles and torps... Thanks to the chimpening. Unforetuneately, chimps and advance slam are in direct conflict for a mod slot. Advanced slam is not strictly necessary for bombing. I think these consoderations are very dependant on squad build...
