It's stuff like that that causes me to put an engineering captain onboard almost all of my ISDs. You can't put that many points into a heavy hitter only to have it nerfed. But yeah, wow, against Cracken, you just had a ship completely neutered if they're doing 3.

Just dont put yourself in a sitiuation where you need that command you are switchi
