Loses a ship and a Crack Shot on Tycho but can shoot all four up to PS 10 and even drop a procket on somebody. This is the best I've been able to figure for a Swarm Tactics exploit. Would have a tougher time against U-boats but would make Imp Aces much more nervous, especially now that Phantoms are leaking back in. Worst match-up would probably be against Decimators and Ghosts.
