I'm not looking for guidance, per se. Just offering to be flexible in my build.
If it would help fill a hole, I'd be happy to move my second rank of deception over to computers or skullduggery. Any of the three can be used with the gambling mechanic and wouldn't be too much of a stretch based on Tion's back story. I tired to build him to cast a wide net of support roles, basically being good at several things rather than great at a couple.
I should have computers covered pretty well with Intellect 4 and 2 ranks at the outset. Skulduggery I don't have at all, so that would be quite useful. But of course you should create a character that fulfills the role you want to play, and fits your vision of the character.

Edited by GMRenI've updated Tion's background to include Plesh and make the change from slaves to criminals who basically eventually become indentured servants. Also, I moved one of my free chargen ranks from underworld knowledge to skullduggery, giving me two ranks each in skullduggery and deception.
My vote would be for Bargos. I could see Tion assisting the Hutt's organization as a way to start planting seeds to take down Jeth Achoa's.
Jasen could have been hired by almost any of the characters.
