For the next Regional championship in my area, I'd like to run a Scum list and I see many triple Jumpmaster or double + Palob/Kavil/Zuckuss in store/regional actually.

They seem pretty good but I wonder if it's not the list to beat at the moment and then I'll find some hard counter in the tournament.

What is the best list in the current meta and what is better against :

1 - triple u-boat ?

2 - aces ?

3 - TLT ?

4 - stress ?

5 - swarm ?
