So I was playing against a ghost with Hera and got a critical hit on her. It was all your turns are now red. Does her ability allow her to use these new reds. Basically that critical hit helps her instead of hinder her. Is that correct?

A direct hit can sometimes be helpful to an M3A, much in the same way a rifle is helpful to a horse with a broken leg.

I think it depends on how you define "Help." It lets her use her pilot ability on the 2-turn, but also eliminates her only white turn.

Munitions Failure can be helpful on an Outrider (if you've been staying in the doughnut hole). The receive a stress can be useful to Fel. Any pilot crit is useful to a Determination pilot.

Major Hull Breach is ideal for Leebo (assuming he's got Determination).

Hobbie with targeting astromech. The hard turns now allow him to aquire target lock, shed the red maneuver stress, and them take a focus action. He will only have 2 or 3 health left but he should have focus target lock the rest of the game.
