I've recently played many games with SV, which is my favourite ship now in that loadout:

47pts. Guri w/ PTL, Adv Proton Torpedoes, Virago, Autothrusters, Adv Sensors, Cloaking Device

My thoughts -> PTL + Adv Sensors are much better on Guri than smth else + Jammer. With Cloaking Device, which crashesh usually after 3+ turns (once crashed at 1st turn of use) it gives you much controll with your moves, so if you think well, you can place torpedoes on a target. I recomend using CD in very late turns, when SV is your last ship ETC.

Now i have to find a partner for my little girl. I thought about Bossk, which was lying in my cupboard for a long time. Guri with her mobility could be great partner for him. But which Bossk build would be better to companionship with her:

I played a Xizor + Bossk list recently and really enjoyed it. I think the StarViper and YV-666 complement each other a lot.

I usually fly Bossk with "Mangler" Cannon, K4 Security Droid, and Outlaw Tech. K4 is the serious enabler, allowing Bossk to get TL + Focus nearly every turn. By putting Dengar in there, you are sort of keeping the rerolls, but rerolling 1 against a non-named pilot is really inferior. Against named pilots, you've got 2, action-independent rerolls, which is awesome. I think your 51-point Bossk will be great for battling Soontir Fel and Vader, which I think Guri will have trouble with. I think going with the 51-point Bossk is your best bet. It also gives you a 2-point initiative bid, which will hopefully let Bossk outmaneuver Fel.

I agree that 51pt Bossk is the better option in this situation. I like the 52pt version though, I may steal that for another list I'm putting together. :)

Unless you really feel the need for Engine Upgrade, this Bossk should compliment Guri very well. So many re-rolls end up turning into crits naturally.

If you can bring Guri to 39 pts (by losing Adv.ProTorps and Cloaking Device), a Z-95 fits right into it for utility. Also, it allows you to fit in Concussion Missiles w/Guidance Chips, for giggles, if Zs are not your cup of tea.

In case EU is imperative, there's also:

Total: 52 pts

Less dice, much more maneuverability with an imbued control element. DD gives Bossk a much-needed pseudo T-roll and this build won't mind the stress. You can even add Inertial Dampeners for the extra trick.

Unfortunetely, I feel. yv-satan isnt really mobile unit and IMO its one of the most important upgradages on him.
