Made him and his ship (and have the models for both) on the same day.

I still have work to do on the actual models to make them look as cool as the Emotes are representing but I can put them on the table right now.

I'm seriously contemplating taking 5 x Cartel Marauders to Yavin.
The only thing stopping me is how much fun I'm having playing around with Zuckuss, Manaroo and 2 x Cartel Marauders.
I flew 3 Cartel Marauders and 2 Cartel Spacers with Mangler Cannons in one of our local tournaments, and it was brutally effective. Well, enough to put me in the top 4 at least.

If I were to remove any, it'd be the Z-95 so that the Scyk could actually see use.
Then the Scyk could have been 12pts like it should have been!

I say the Scyk is worth 13 pts. It's got more than the Tie Fighter and Z-95 that makes the point worth it.

Seekers are awesome but they are NOT the TIE's they are supposed to be, nor are they B-Wings. They try to be both and fail. The best use is as a swarm of cheap blockers or as heavy weapons support surrounded by other more threatening ships. FFG Messed 'em kinda bad.

Actually, using the Vets with EPT and Attanni Mindlink makes them a lot better.
What I think people do is just load them with a ton of cannons and expect them to live. Also, they try to build a whole list of Scyks, as wel. Personally, I think one or two in a list is good (without mindlink) and the way to go. Use them as just generics or as Ion Scyks or Mangler Scyks.
I think they aren't really that bad a ship, but I think 1 pt over costed. If you look at an Academy Pilot, the improvements are:
- 1 PS
- A shield instead of a hull
- you can 1 sharp turn and 1 bank (which few ships can do)
- You can TL
I think those are worth 1 more point, but not 2.

I agree with all of that Brah. In my X-EPIC games I pimp them out with the good stuff and laugh when they die in droves... cause it is awesomeness. It is EPIC!
