I write about how I stumbled on this list on my blog (http://stayontheleader.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/ive-got-bad-feeling-about-this-phantoms.html) but wanted to post it here as well as with serious regionals testing around the corner I doubt I'll get chance to play it again for a bit.
The best way to think of it is as a hybrid of the Phantom/Decimator list and the Triple Jumpmasters, with "Redline" and the Bomber providing an anchor for Echo to flank that the opponent can't ignore. I've played a few games with this and immediately it felt very synergetic and you give your opponent some tough targeting decisions - chase Echo and get pummelled by Torps, or come in on the bombers but give up position against Echo.
So anyway. This is a list using unfashionable pilots and some odd upgrades (Ion Bombs) but at its heart it's really 'Jump, Jump, Phantom' which is actually a serious list capable of pouring out a lot of red dice.

Punishers, Phantoms and Bombers? Oh my!
IMO, Redline melts too easily due to agility 1; you get the same value with a TIE Bomber in his place, and save points for elsewhere.

Same Inititiative bid but PS9 Whisper is better I think.
