Stuff My Brain Made Up (Name Drops Intended)
I don't know what your background is, but I think you're mistaken about the real-world role of SFOD teams and "Delta Force" in particular. That being said, if the TO&E you've laid out works for (and there's no reason it shouldn't), then great!
Why the specificity, though? This game abstracts a lot, and there's no reason to create more paperwork for yourself... either the Alliance has enough forces to get the job done, or they don't, as the needs of the plot & story dictate.
Edited by SFC SnuffyHow about making up some new names more akin to Star Wars lore and feeling? Calling them "Delta Force" and "SAS" (even with a substituted acronym) yanks me out of Star Wars and into the real world. "Pathfinder" was used in WEG and "Commando" is generic enough, but even "Dragoon" and "Lancer" doesn't seem a good fit for Star Wars imho. Some new Star Warzy lingo might help.
You also have unit descriptions of "Rapid Assault" in the same organization as a unit described as "Rapid Attack". Likewise you have "Direct Assault" and "Direct Attack". Assault and Attack are pretty synonymous in my opinion.
ETA: WEG had a sourcebook that (from memory) covered what you are doing for the Rebel Alliance. Without looking for my book, I believe it had a TO&E and descriptions of various types of Alliance elite troops such as, "Pathfinders", specialists in urban warfare, wilderness warfare, sabotage, etc.
