I have just bought my first Epic/Huge ship to add to my X-wing collection and I was unable to find out an answer.

After you collect energy, then assign energy, if you don't use the energy in either the "assigned" energy upgrade cards, or on your main ship...does it stick around at the end phase? I looked online, at the manual, watched an online tutorial, but...I still couldn't find an answer. The best I can tell, is by not mentioning it in the end phase, that means it does stick around...sigh...but, I would like to know for sure. Thanks a bunch!!! God bless .

Edit: Sorry I should clarify, that what I really mean is, does the energy stay with your ship for the next round (including in secondary weapons)? Thanks!

It is in the Huge ship rules, easy to miss though:

Energy tokens remain on cards until removed by an effect.

Whoops! Funny how when someone points it out, it becomes clear as day . Thanks a bunch! So, if I understand it (strategically speaking) I could "hold-off" on attacking with some of my secondary weapons if I notice that he has ion weapons, and I want to make sure I have a couple of shots in reserve? (and therefore I could keep the energy stored on the secondary weapons for a couple of rounds?). Thanks again Ubul, most grateful Sir!
