Will RtL support all the existing quests and campaigns for 2nd ed, like Heirs of Blood, etc.?

For all we know, no. Its a entire new system with new campaigns - one free mini campaing will lauch with the app, and a new one (or others) come after (payed). But, with more expansions and physical stuff you have, the app can bring more side quests, new encounters, effects and so on.
