Hello guys,

Rich here from Sanctuary Gaming Centre in Nottinghamshire England, we are currently building an FFG Star Wars Miniatures community here and would invite all players to check out our Facebook page to share it and like it.

We have a growing Armada and Imperial Assault player base with X-Wing being the most popular game played at the venue. We support and stock all FFG games. Our Organised play events are growing in numbers with cheap entry fees and a spacious gaming area.

We are proud to be hosting a Star Wars LCG regional and we aim to host regionals for other systems if our application is successful but we would hope the community supports us as such as we support the community.

We hold regular casual club nights for people to playtest their builds and help players improve their game ready for the big tournaments.

Our latest Armada league is in full swing and round two has just started. It even made me write my blog again after a year or so out which can be found here. http://wp.me/p3HvPx-em

First round results saw a 9-1 to myself and Rich so we have a rebel Ackbar list (me) vs an imperial carrier and rhymer ball list in the next round.

Keep an eye on the organised play thread of the forums, though you may notice the distinct lack of UK posts. SmurfWedge tends to keep an eye out for the London region but thats about it.

We have a fairly small community of players in armada, but always looking for fresh blood. As Rich mentions in his post there are loads of tables for gaming at the store. It caters well for the midlands area and is within an hour or less (that is a long drive for us in the UK) of Nottingham & Derby, Sheffield so easily reachable for gaming!
