I am experimenting with different combos on this neat online simulator:

Tycho with PTL and expert handling. The programming makes me select EH first, before using any other ability. Meaning if I choose boost, evade, focus or TL I loose the ability of EH. Is this correct or is it a glitch in the programming?

The second action with PtL cannot be Expert Handling, only actions on your action bar:

Once per round, after you perform an action, you may perform 1 free action shown in your action bar.

Well, that just makes sense now. Cards like Engine Upgrade state that ability has been added to the action bar. Makes a lot of sense now. Thank you.
