What strange force drives some people here to open extra threads and whine about the new expansion, starting in the thread title? That energy which is behind that is stupid. Yes no one is interested in your whinings, so you have to start new threads (discussion with arguments excluded). Just don't buy it. You will definitively habe NO disadvantage when not buying an expansion.

It is always that happy people are quiet people, so you will always have this imbalance of the naggers making the effort opening threads and to have places to whine, bringing a negative connotation. No one was nagging about the new pegs or maneuver dials... which are for fans. Opening new threads and whining because it is not something expected is a behaviour of a four year old child. It's no runboat, gunboat, bumboat or I-dont-care-boat. No E-wing, no other fixes. Just be patient for the next waves, other small expansions will not slow down the process. Where do I whine? There is nothing against obective argumentation if someone doesn't like an aspect of the game. Thats not what naggers do. If you cannot differentiate the two things it's not my fault.

I agree. I was so excited when I saw this. My wife and I dissected all the cards we know and we are both looked forward to this one so much.

With that said I haven't said boo about the new expansion announcement, but it seems very meh imo.

I'd much rather see things get updated that could use it

Such as the scyks, starvipers, Imperial firespray, Ewings just to name a few.

While I can understand they want to release new ships/pilots from the new movie, I don't see the falcon, or t70 needing more pilots, or upgrades at the moment.

The falcon has done very well up until wave 7 which finally shifted the meta away from the fat Han, and duel list builds which I was very happy to see.

Re-release poe already after he was only released 5 months ago and has won worlds and many other tournaments, to me seemed very lazy.

Yes its nice to have his xwing paint scheme in the game, but did we really need it this soon when there are other ships that could use the update more?

Plus pay 2 more pts for 1 extra PS?

I'm more than happy to continue running him with veteran instinct for now.

Sure takes up his elite, but still the standard poe build is expensive already.

K7 this doesn't stop any of those things from existing. It's not a waste. And why not now ? Wave 9 is coming too and has at least four ships, four SKUs. Why does everyone now think a new release has to be a fix ? Screw that ****. I want these new releases for the Resistance. Bring on the First Order too.

I would add we knew that poes ship was coming at some point and the new falcon is easy sell for FFG so a likely bet from marketing point.

He absolutely is trying to censor people through peer pressure and bullying. He has implied quite strongly that anybody that wasn't thrilled with an FFG release is a nagger with poor manners. That is an attack on the posters themselves, rather than their position, which I find distasteful.

I'm also very disappointed, though not surprised that so many people quickly jumped on the bullying train. You may not like Hobo, and he's so very wrong about the Star Trek reboots, but I've never seen him generally attack someone for having thoughts.

This is of course the internet, you can pretty much conduct yourself however you want as long as it's within the terms of service, but are you sure you want to support the suppression of ideas?

I personally have no interest in it, and I think some of the decisions made in it were unnecessary(new Poe, Han and Chewie with new abilities), but I know it was inevitable, and I'm glad it's now announced and out of the way.

was literally what I and a tone of others were asking for, and FFG delivered. Say what you want about whether or not these ships needed a "fix" in the current meta. I will buy this expansion. The people have spoken. Now excuse me while I continue to dance.

Free Speech means the government can't arrest you for speaking your mind, NOT that other people have to listen, care, support you, or host you while you do it. Free Speech does not give you a catch all excuse to say whatever you want without criticism.

If the only defense for what you have to say is literally "The government can't put me in jail for saying it", then it sounds to me like what you have to say is pretty freaking worthless.
