Pirates, Torkil and Tracers

Hello everyone, I've just joined, have only been playing a few months and would like some feedback on the list I've had some success with. If anyone runs a similar list and could suggest weaknesses and improvements or builds it would have trouble against, that'd be appreciated.

The ships:

Torkil Mux - Engine Upgrade, Autoblaster Turret

3x Binayre Pirate - XX-23 Tracers, Guidance Chips

3x Binayre Pirate

So point at the most dangerous threat, focus up, pop tracers till you're locked and fire away. Do you think the tracers are worth it or should I just self target lock and stick an ion turret on Torkil instead? Or ditch the autoblaster for more?
