Does this combo work to remove 2 target locks, one from you and one from a friendly? Black leader triggers on a barrel roll action, and EH is "preform a free BR action". So do these 2 combo to remove 2 TL?

This does remove two TL. I think everyone forgetting EH is a barrel roll action. With the black one title a barrel roll removes target lock. Combined together you can remove two at the same time, 1 from title and a 2nd for the special effect on EH. Strong but redundant. You basically telling your opponent to just focus because TL won't stick.
