That card is probably a modification so you're giving up the EU to get FBA, i wouldn't do it. EU is still the must have card for a big ship.
I'm still crossing my fingers that some how it is limited to the lower PS YTs, giving them some more reason for use. Doubt it though. Sigh... ORS and Fringers really are dead...
