Myrmidia....or Shallya??

By Enfid, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

I was skimming though the Tome of Blessing, and was reading through Myrmidia's background. One passage says that Myrmidia is the daughter of Verena and Morr. I distinctly remember (all from 2nd edition Tome of Salvation) Shallya being the daughter of Verena and Morr, and I don't remember Myrmidia and Shallya being sisters, most especially since Myrmidia was once a mortal who, like Sigmar, ascended to godhood.

Is this a retcon? I'm seriously confused.

I think it must be an error.

It would be just stupid to alter such a "minor" fact. Although I would certainly use it as a basis for a religious dispute!

I guess that they're sisters, then.

Stranger mixed relations within polytheistic faiths have existed before. See: Norse and Greek mythology.

Huh. I'll recheck the Tome of Salvation of any mention of Myrmidia being the daughter of Morr and Verena (It's quite likely I made a mistake, and if so, sorry for your time sonrojado.gif ) I guess I still have much to learn in the Warhammer lore. :D

Is there such a thing as an edit button? Oh well....

Anyway I reread 2nd Edition's Tome of Salvation, and it was sparsely noted in some places that SOME regions of the Empire consider Myrmidia as the daughter of Verena and Morr, and as a result the sister of Shallya.

My bad then. heh heh. Sorry for your time.
