Eta-2 Actis interceptor, Delta-7 Aethersprite light interceptor, ARC-170 starfighter; the Clone Wars may not be the best source of ships all around, but that's the fault of the Separatists. The Republic had some very cool fighters.

No, we don't need another of these. On the other hand, the OP is clearly a new user and probably hasn't seen the bushel of threads buried in the archives. So maybe cut him or her some slack?

I think it might be time for devotees of the old PC games (and don't get me wrong, I'm one of them) to set down the hope that FFG will complete the old complement of starfighters.

Prior to the sequel movies and planned "anthology" films, FFG had seven waves they could have used to bring the old PC ships into the rotation for X-wing Minis. But now they have brand-new big-screen content to bring in, plus everything from Rebels, and basically for free they get to ride along with the tidal wave of Disney's marketing for those properties.

I could be totally wrong, of course, and it's certainly not what I want. But if I had to place a bet... I think the smart money is on "no".

eh... Mine is a large base (DX-9).

I've got a 1/270 Dx-9 off shapeways and it's an awkward size. too small really to be a large base, and possibly too big for a small one. It's about the length of a K-wing's wingspan. looks a bit lost in a large base and a bit too chunky for a small one.

Still, it's Canon now (via the comics), which is nice.
