Why Needa on the Vic without TRCs?

After combing through the forums I was able to put in a little bit of data on the Boston and Indy Regionals. I was able to find data on attendance and the winning factions.

With 2 more wins, the Imperials have now won 8 out of 10 Regionals that we know of!

I'll have a full writeup tonight, but I have some interesting news out of Sacramento.

Rebels took every position in the top 4, with an even split between Riekaan and Mon Mothma. 3/4 included at least one MC30. This data is not correct and I should feel bad. A full list of the top 4 players is below.

Riekaan won with 3 MC30t and 2 TRC90, but only after the top table got a natural draw after 6 turns and 3rd place jumped past both with an 8-2. The top 3 were at one point each of the next player. Imperials showed at 5th place with a very interesting GGGRhymer. And didn't show again until a tied 8th place (both Imps, including me).

That is interesting news. That's good to see some MM getting good results.

Good to see Rebels at all getting good results. Gotta say the news so far has been pretty disheartening for a die-hard terrorist like myself.

OK, so after reading through what i can of the lists (I have the hands of a veteran Big Foot hunter) I realized I made an error in the above description, which is that I erroneously stated that Mon Mothma was in the top 4. That is incorrect. Gen. Riekaan (twice), Admiral Ackbar, and Garm were in the Top 4.

Out of 11 players, there were 7 Rebels and 4 Imperials. 3 players (out of about 6) opted to use their Bye. Imperials came in 5th, 8th, 9th (me), and 11th place respectively. Of the 4 Imperial lists, only one used Demolisher (mine). There were no 5-ship Demo lists, though there were 2 five-ship Imperial lists including an ISD/Raider Fireball (8th). Imperial players noted to me the difficulty of creating lists without Demolisher, and at least a few Riekaan players noted that he was there to somewhat mitigate the Demolisher threat.

From what I saw of your final match at that Regional, those squadrons did significant damage to you. Probably the most effectively that they've been used against you. Don't write them off completely.

We now have the full fleet lists for Boston and the Top 4 + Attendance for Sacramento.

They are inputted into the spreadsheet for your enjoyment.

The sample size is growing nicely and even with the strong showing by the Rebels in Sacramento, the trend towards Imperial dominance is still holding.

The variety of fleets and Admirals appearing in the Top 4 is also improving, which is a plus.
