My group will finally face him (to clarify, the herald from the end of Desolation of the Dead) tomorrow. I just have a quick question about him.

He has True Grit, which reduces received Critical Damage by TB. Plus his natural TB soak, does this mean an attack has to due 29 damage to inflict 1 Critical Wound? That can't be right.

If I remember right, the book mentions Critical Damage does a minimum of one after the reductions by True Grit. I don't have the book on me at the moment, however.

Finally got to my copy of the book so was able to check, that's correct. I'm much happier.
