Is there an implant that grants the "bionic cranial port"? The omniscope requires it.

It would seem, the good quality implant does give you a bonus with ballistics.

But only when you use the MIU to fire it.

Electricity generally needs a connection in order to function. And it seems as though the MIU and omniscope bonuses stack.

I'd just use the Cerebral Plug from Dark Heresy.
