Juno Squad, could use some ideas...

Juno caught my attention, do you have any table time with her ?

I'm the kind of player that brings Mr.Stele to a SC and finds joy in having to keep enemy ships on arc so don't suggest turrets please :ph34r:

Vader and Maarek both make good wingmates, all of them with Predator and Advanced Targeting Computer. It's 96 points so you could even fit Engine Upgrade on Vader...or you could give him Thread Tracers and Guidance Chips so that in the opening volley the other ships get TL + Focus to activate their Advanced Targeting Computer. It's pretty fun, but it feels like less finesse than the TIE interceptors I'm used to, and it is prone to weak defense. You just need good green dice because the red dice are always good. I don't think it's super competitive, but it can get the job done.

I'd actually suggest Accuracy Corrector and Juke for Juno Eclipse. Less punch than ATC but she benefits greatly from the action economy.

I actually really like the squad you posted with the Crack Shot Blacks, and Omega Leader. I would HATE to face that squad.

I've flown her a lot with Vader but never found the happy running mate for them. Three academies are looking better and better. I like the atc as well, but tend to run Juno with VI so as to pester high end aces. I use Vader as my harder hitting partner. Mixed results at the table. Juno has won me some matches. Squishy three ship groups lost me a lot too due to pilot errors.

I prefer your first list myself... You'll need to fly smart. Too many things can squish you.

My juno build is an AC/Juke as well. Id certainly recommend it over atc on her.

A phantom might finish your list nicely, or palp and tie fighter. Naked oicunn is 42 points I believe. I think you need to threaten swarms with the rest of your list.

If you're playing this after Imp Vets comes out, Vessery with VI, Ion Cannon, and TIE/D might be a good fit. Both Juno and OL will be target locking so you'll be able to use his ability, and you've got three points left to play with for Prockets, a stealth device, or TIE Mk. II on Vessery.

I'm not feeling juke (love the upgrade) on Juno. I want her for output as in my mind her abbility makes easier to get into R1 more times in a game. Predator keeps red dice nice if I need to BR or want to bump.

What about a 3rd ship that can't be ignored at any range and needs at least two torps to die?
