I like that Zuccus list enough to pick up a second toilet seat if I ever get bored of Imperials and Rebels. HUGE if there. 
I don't think Zuckuss will rule the tables form now on. He was well played but mainly underestimated by opponents. Focus-fired Zuckuss would burn like bunch of gasoline.

This is the second big tournament that Zuckuss was runner up in. The thing about the Zuckuss lists, is that yes, Zuckuss is a big threat. But, he is flown with or in a way that he may not be target #1.

Usually their are a lot of other threats to deal with and Zuckuss just doesn't seem worth it right off the bat. At least if hes flown well he wont be the first target offered up and then you have to make a hard decision. I run him with Palob, poor Palob always takes the heat first. Whats more juicy than a 2 defense die ship with 5 hull that cant get away from you? Meanwhile he and Tel are double teaming someone and Palob is plinking away with his TLT.

Good match! That blinded pilot crit on Bossk before he could fire back on Zuckuss was game changer.
I do imagine that target priority may shift, especially as we get video evidence of Zuckuss's power. But, focus on Zuckuss means other threats are ready to take advantage.

Ummmm . . . am I crazy? Because I seem to have a very vivid memory of the Zuckuss list winning (not being the runner-up).

Also, the fact that Zuckuss is not, as you point out, Target #1, is a really GOOD thing in this case. The Jumpmasters HAVE to go down first, which gives Zuckuss free reign to wreck you in the middle of your face. If you go after him, the JM5Ks are likely to get their torpedoes off, which is bad. If you don't go after him, he gets several rounds of focus+TL 5-dice attack -- which is also bad. Excellent list-building.
