A character with poor or comfortable wealth has the option of starting with a Light Crossbow, however there are only stats for an ordinary crossbow and a Crossbow Pistol (and a repeater but that's way off).

My best guess would be to give it the same stats as a shortbow and add the reload quality - and let it cost.... 40s?

I could only guess that a light crossbow is the same as a crossbow. And that a heavy crossbow is coming down the pipeline.

I do really want to know if FFG just don't forgot to write it in a rulebook. I treated a light crossbow like normal crossbow, but probably I will use your idea until some official statement will occur.

The new Errata answers it - it's supposed to be a regular crossbow.
