I really haven't used Bombs or had them used against me, so I'm a little vague on precisely how they work.

When a bomb detonates & inflicts damage to a ship, does the affected ship get to roll green dice to avoid the incoming damage?

Or does "Suffers all damage & critical damage" infer that they are not able to avoid the incoming pain?

No, no green dice, it simply suffers whatever the result of the dice may be. It's the same as when you land on an asteroid.

You get to roll green dice against any attack, but bombs do not (at the moment, anyway) make attacks.

You don't roll green dice when running into Anit pursuit lasers or feedback arrays either. A avoidable damage is awesome.

No defense rolls! This is why certain high agility targets really don't like bombs and other things that can inflict damage without actually engaging them directly with attacks.
