Quick question, if I have an engineering team on a rebel MC80 and Raymus so I get a token and order in one turn how many points do I generate is it:

4 (ship) + 2 (token) +1 (engineering team) = 7

or is it (5 ship with engineering team) + 3 (token) =8

???

I'd imagine that doing them over consecutive turns would net a total of 5 + 3 so it's just a question of what happens when you do them all in one turn.

You gain +1 Engineering Point when you Execute an Engineering Command...

A Command is: "Use a Dial." or "Use a Token" or "Use a Dial AND a Token."

In all 3 cases, you only gain +1 due to the Engineering Team.

If the Engineering Value of a ship is 4.

Dial: 4 + 1 = 5

Token: 4/2 + 1 = 3

Both: 4 + 4/2 + 1 = 7

To expand on what Dras said, the key thing to understand is that when you combine a dial and a token (of any type of command), it still can only count as one "execution" of that command.

Indeed. The Card only references Points. Only Critical Damage can effect the Engineering Value of a Ship at this point in time .

"When a friendly ship at distance 1-5 resolves a 'REPAIR" command, it gains 1 additional engineering point."
