Gamma Squadron Vet + Crackshot + Homing Missile + Long Range Scanners = 25 points
If nothing else it's a massive area of effect control against Soontir, or whoever else it is you tag with a Target Lock on turn 1.
I really love this and I've been trying to find the perfect platform for Homing + Crackshot to counter Soontir, preferably on high PS with Gchip. Oddly enough, Vader is one of the best options currently, but he's pricey. There's also N'dru with VI and Gstim and offset the CS by just rolling an extra dice.
