I am starting to make some sheets that combine all the rules from the 3 sets into as small a space as possible, but dont want to reinvent the wheel if this already exists. Where could I find something like this? To be clear I mean sheets where the rules are clearly marked for combined setup, in logical order (i.e. setup, turn sequence, sequence breakdown, with special rules marked where they are used). Thanks to anyone that can help me out.
Condensed Rule Sheets
You don't have to invent it, it exists. The guys from Esoteric Order of Gamers have made such rules sheets for a lot of games. Check their website. For Civ, they have a rulesheet containing the rules of the base game, the combat system and the two expansions, all explained with the actions for each turn. I always use those for my FF games. If you use these you don't need the rulebook.
